   Die ganze Stadt ist nemlich gegenwärtig in 12 Stadttheile getheilt, und diese Stadttheile wiederum in 54 Quartale. In jedem dieser Quartale befinden sich kleine Wachthäuser, in der ganzen Stadt 266, für die Straßenwächter, von denen beständig einer auf seinem Posten bei dem Wachthaus stehen muß; und diese werden von dem patrouillirenden Polizey-Militär-Offizier visitirt, der dann alsdann dem Pristaw zu rapportiren hat.

   The whole city currently is divided into 12 city parts, and these city parts again into 54 quartals. In each of these quartals there are small guardposts, in the whole city 266, for the street guards, of which some one continuously has to stand on his post at the guardpost; and these are visited by the patrolling police military officer, who will rapport to the pristav soon.
